What is it made from?

Entegris low-permeation tubing features a high-purity, corrosion-resistant PFA inner layer combined with a permeation-resistant outer layer of CPT. 

The multilayer tubing reduces chemical permeation through the tubing and into the environment.

Suited for a wide range of applications, from semiconductor to chemical process industries.
